Comments going to the wrong place - now fixed

So, in my idea bin, comments had been getting saved under the wrong ideas. This was because of a hard-to-track-down bug where I was urlencoding a string that was later urlencoded by the browser. It is fixed now. Comment away! Also, if you'd like to read id from livejournal, you can subscribe to pmb_ideas, and if you want to read it with RSS, you can subscribe to the feed located at http://soy.dyndns.org/ideas/rss .

Of course, the old way of reading it will easily suffice, and the idea bin should always be up at http://soy.dyndns.org/ideas

I'm thinking that I will rewrite it so that it will become the "super mega wiki of the future with a hackable backend", but I'll have to think of a better name for it, as Idea Bin won't suffice, and the phrase "hackable backend" just doesn't sound appealing. The only issue is that, except for the "hackable backend" part, much of the problem is already solved.
