I'm looking for two books in particular - The Wild Shore by Kim Stanley Robinson, and Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh. I'm pretty sure I had both of these books at some point, and they were both awesome. Also, today I did the first two homework assignments for 399Python in 1/2 hour. So the students shouldn't take more than, say, 4 hours to do them. I hope. My student multiplier might be off because I've taught the class before, and therefore done similar assignments before...

I am indeed trying to recover them, but borrowing is a close second in terms of desireability. I just saw Trainspotting the movie, and it kindled a desire to reread the book and start talking all funny again.

I read your copy of trainspotting about 2 years ago. I am reasonably certain it made it back onto your shelf, and I don't remember seeing it mixed in with my books, but I'll look around to make sure.
