Changes

goteam and I hung out with Wes the other day, and while we were talking and playing frisbee golf I got the impression that he remembered me as this grumpy dude¹, and was surprised at how cheerful I was. And that, of course, got me thinking.

I am a lot happier now than I was during senior year at Mudd, and am also doing better than I was when I was in Orange County. I bitch about grad school, but the truth is that I like it a lot better than work. Work is for sucks. To compare, here are two ids and a picture. One id from a year ago, one id from six months ago, and one picture of me from today.

I certainly have different hair, at least... :)

But I think I'm also basically a happier, healthier guy. And that's a very good thing.
